Your information is collected only when necessary, exchanged securely, and kept confidential in accordance with Texas ethics rules and applicable law.

data minimization

I request only what I need to evaluate or handle your matter. Please avoid sending sensitive identifiers (full SSN, full DOB, account numbers) unless explicitly asked. I retain uploads only as long as needed for your matter and may apply R2 object lifecycle rules to auto-expire temporary items. secure transmission

This website HTTPS/TLS for all pages and secure, bot-resistant forms via Cloudflare Turnstile, with server-side token checks (required by Turnstile’s Siteverify). File uploads generally use time-limited presigned URLs and appropriate CORS rules. No method of transmission is 100% secure; see general TLS guidance from OWASP.

confidentiality

Our duties of confidentiality are governed by Texas Disciplinary Rule 1.05. However, sending information through this site does not create an attorney–client relationship.
